Refund policy

At Moody Spark, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with original packaging and tags attached.
  • Certain items such as sale items, gift cards, and personal care products (if applicable) are non-returnable.

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.
  • If the return is due to our error (defective/damaged/incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank or payment account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company or bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
